Change Management to Increase Profitability
A Development Program for Business
Bank of Estonia forecasts economic growth of 8% in 2021, which is an alarming number. However, rapid growth is slowing down due to global supply problems, labor shortages, limited production resources and exceptionally fast price increases*. While the price of energy is likely to fall after the winter, wage pressures are expected to persist.
Maintaining existing profitability will therefore be an increasingly difficult task.
If you want to maintain or increase the company's income, you must also make changes in the company.
This development program will help you find the places in your company that, if changed, will help the company as a whole to become more efficient and profitable.
Program steps
Defining what to change and how, by using generally acknowledged methods and diagnostics
Assessment of the internal (eg employees, warehouse) and external (customers, suppliers) impact of selected changes
The role of key employees in the company and their involvement in implementing the change
Implementation of the changes and improvements (continuous course correction)
Summary and suggestions for next steps
Structure and duration of the program
The program is conducted in personal sessions between the company manager and the consultant, preferably 1-2 times a month
During each session, the achievement of the goals set in the previous session is assessed and a new milestones are agreed
Between the sessions, the company implements the agreed changes independently (consultant's support can be used if needed)
The duration of the program is 6-10 months. This will ensure that the changes are implemented and their impact can be measured. The exact duration depends on the specific company and the volume and complexity of the changes to be made.
NB! This is not training. It is a collaboration and a joint discussion to find the best result.
The goal of the program is to achieve
more efficient business model
more efficient processes
better relationships with suppliers and customers
a more sustainable staff policy
higher profitability
The target group of the program is managers and/or owners of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Important! This program is not a magic wand to improve the financial performance of any company. Before joining the program, we will together analyze the suitability of the program for your company.
